ABC'S

Eli wouldn't stand still to show off his ABC skills, but at least you can hear him (kind of)!

Tongue

We have a dentist play dough toy that makes tongues. Eli loves making all different colored tongues (note the stack of severed tongues). As usual we had to "make one for Daddy", after which he stated "Daddy likes tongue"!

2 Months

We weighed and measured Lilly today and she is 10 lbs. and 22 in.
We're happy she's finally putting on some weight.

We also measured Eli and he's 3 ft. 4 in. and 38 lbs.

Ladies Man

This morning Eli took a comb out of my drawer. I asked him what he was doing and he replied "I need to comb my hair to look pretty for the ladies". I don't know where he got that!

Animal Lover

Worker Guy

Eli's obsession with tools continues. He plays in the yard: building, sanding, painting, sawing...... or so he says. He calls himself a worker guy, and if you ask him to come in he says "Sorry, I can't I'm busy working"!

Eli's Friend

Eli loves the neighbor's cat.
This has to be one of the nicest cats I've ever met, she'll let Eli do anything to her. When he saw her outside yesterday he said "look Mom, my friend came to visit". He always wants to let her in, but Ben's allergic so she stays outside. They get along great, and go all around the yard together. She watched him dig in the gravel for an hour last week.
